Shipping policy

Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 working days from the date your order is dispatched.

Orders are processed during normal business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside HALO's control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or unforeseen operational disruptions.
